Last night I was running around the Highland High School track in the rain. While I was there, the girls soccer team was doing part of their workout. I would have joined them, but didn’t have my ankle brace on. However, I am determined to go back and give their workout a try.
Starting at one end of the bleachers, they would run down the stairs, across the track and football field, up the bleachers across from them, run over a section and repeat. After finishing the entire set of stairs on the bleachers, they would run around the tennis courts and entire high school and start all over again for a total of 3 laps. It looks like it would be a killer workout and challenge and I am excited to give it a try soon.
